We do not allow any returns or exchanges except in certain situations. While we strive to provide the best customer service, we would request you to be mindful of our policies
- In case you received the product in a bad condition or is the packaging is tampered/ damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it. additionally, please mail pehchaanbynehal@gmail.com mentioning your order id and other details. We will make sure a brand new product is delivered to you asap.
- If the product is defective/ damaged (torn) please mail hello@pehchaancreatives.com within 2 days of delivery mentioning order if and other details. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact. As we don't have any reverse pick up policy but we will work with you for a amicable solution. Request made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Once the product reaches us, and is tested a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code within 6 working days. The coupon will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue. The store credit will be amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
Apart from above conditions, following products will NOT be eligible for return or replacement
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- We do not return or exchange products basis your dislike or change of mind or colour issues of the product. All product pictures are shot in a well lit zone with HD cameras with no filters applied and might have slight variation
